Create an interactive way to help answer questions concerning the new phone system
Created an interactive Flash application that has the same actions as the phone system. When the user rolls over the various phone features, informational text appears to explain the specific functions of that feature.
The Avaya Phone eLearning Tool was a huge success. An additional Flash application was requested and built for the "sidecar" that is sometimes used along with the phone to add additional features. Both eLearning tools are now used during orientation and training of all new employees at McDonald's Corporation.
